End User License Agreement
By using Solar Identity, you agree to this EULA. Tampering with the Service, including using developer console tools to inspect or modify the application, is a violation of this EULA and everything you do in the developer console is monitored.
License Grant
Starlight Solutions, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Solar Identity for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
License Restrictions
You agree NOT to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) redistribute, sell, or sublicense access; (d) remove copyright or proprietary notices; (e) use the Software commercially without authorization; (f) bypass any security or anti-tampering measures.
Security and Integrity
You must not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the Software's security or verification features, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows, or use it to deceive a verification check. Integrity signals may be recorded as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Solar Identity, including all code, algorithms, designs, interfaces, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Starlight Solutions, Inc. No title or ownership interest is transferred to you under this EULA.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. All biometric analysis results are heuristic approximations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Software.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Software to: (a) stalk, harass, or harm any individual; (b) analyze biometric data without consent; (c) discriminate based on analysis results; (d) access via VPN, proxy, TOR, or bot networks; (e) use for any illegal activity; (f) scrape or automatically extract data.
Updates & Termination
The Company may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time. This EULA may be modified at any time with changes effective upon posting. The Company may terminate your access at any time, including if you violate any terms or if tampering is detected.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
